Since Jessica will be married in June she wants to be able to cook really good for Brett. And besides she will be home all day by herself while Brett is at work. So she has been practicing and is quite good! She takes her cooking skills seriously and makes sure everything is accurate. She made bread this morning and kept heating up the water because it wasn't quite the "right"
temperature that she wanted it to be. It takes her about 3 hours if you add the time for it to rise and bake but she loves making it and so does my family (my dad goes in heaven
every time she makes something new) She has made pizza, about 11 loafs of bread, this
casserole dish, and sugar cookies. She is quite the cooker and Brett is very lucky to have her as a wife! Go Jessica, Go!
